- AAPRO provides assistance to you, our customer, and to your customers who are users of the online scheduling system, by way of the Support Help Desk. Any user of the system is allowed and encouraged to use the Support Help Desk to report problems, make suggestions, and ask questions regarding the system. AAPRO typically responds to such inquiries by email as part of the AVbook™ service, at no extra cost. Telephone support, except for limited circumstances at our discretion, is charged for; inquire for our current rate.
- While we have designed AVbook™ with simplicity in mind, and will make every effort to assist you through our Support Help Desk system, it should be realized that ultimately you are responsible for entering and maintaining information needed by the system. Since no two installations are alike, some set-up is required. Please try to follow the instructions we provide, and ask for help via the Support Help Desk where needed.
- If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the AVbook™ scheduling system, upon receiving notification from you, we will discontinue the service and give you a full refund for any time not used.
- AAPRO (also doing business as Ann Arbor Professional Services), and their principles, representatives, and/or associates, shall not be held liable for any consequence arising from use of any scheduling system or other software or services provided by them.
