The computer program that is the engine for the AVbook™ system runs on our server. There is no "load" on your computer. It doesn't even have to be on. You can access the system from any computer utilizing a standard web browser. | |
People to whom you have provided accounts can access the system at any hour of the day or night to make reservations. Similarly, you can check from anywhere you have Internet access - to see what reservations have been made. | |
Let's say you add a new resource - perhaps a new airplane - to your system. Or maybe you indicate an airplane is down for service, or an instructor marks themselves off the schedule for a given time period. That change is visible immediately, for anyone who needs to know. | |
